Overview & Criteria

The festival will be bringing an offsite Marketplace to Virginia Beach in 2023! The Marketplace will feature grab-and-go treats, gifts, art and items that represent the local community. The Marketplace will also showcase local entertainment such as musicians, artists, and dancers to provide entertainment for attendees.

  • Dates: Friday April 28th to Sunday April 30th, 2023

  • Location: Near the concert festival site (location to be confirmed)

The festival is looking for the following types of vendors to participate:

  • Grab-and-go foods that are easy for festival-goers to carry

  • Healthy snacks

  • Unique gift items that represent the community

  • Juice bar

  • Organic cookie bar

  • Fruits and vegetable station

  • Baked goods

  • Handcrafts

  • Hair braiding

Vendor Fee:

There will be a vendor participation fee of $400 (plus tax) due upon contract signing.

Fee includes a branded vending station where vendors must sell their goods.

Please note:

  • The Marketplace is not designed for food vendors who have heavy power requirements

  • No deep fryers or hot food vendors will be permitted

  • Minimal food preparation will be permitted on-site

Vendors will be selected based on overall fit with the Marketplace. Successful applicants will be contacted early 2023.
